Why 535 535 is the internal item ID of pokeballs. Press the option key and then move away and then back to Pokeballs and you will see you have 99.
You MUST have at least ONE Pokeball for this to work. Numpad 5: Give Rare Candy - to use this, you have to be out of combat.
Select Bag, and then use the interface to select Medicine. Press the option key and then move away and then back to Medicin and you will see you have 99. You must have ONLY Rare Candy in the inventory and have at least ONE of them for this to work.
